Denise Jones is a senior attorney and member of the Civil Litigation Trial Team at THE DRAKULICH FIRM, APLC. Ms. Jones joined the firm in 2014 and has over thirty years of legal experience in the field of civil litigation. During her extensive career, she has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Ms. Jones focuses her practice primarily on personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, business litigation, intellectual property, and product liability cases.
Ms. Jones was born in Southern California and grew up in San Diego. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law (formerly Western State University) with a Juris Doctor degree and has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 1988.
In addition to being admitted and licensed to practice before all California State Courts and the California Supreme Court, Denise is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts.
Ms. Jones is also an admitted Registered Agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Denise is a member of the firm’s trial team (focusing upon personal injury, product liability and medical malpractice). Denise takes great pride in her work and fighting to secure the best possible results for her clients.
